Dear Members and Guests,

You are hereby invited to the BEARS Club AGM / Presentations / New Season Celebration starting from 1.00pm on Saturday the 11^th January 2020. These extravaganzas have proved very popular with over 50 guests attending the last few years. Last year proved to be an excellent venue, so this year we are returning to Ramsgate RSL, Cnr Ramsgate Rd & Chuter Ave Sans Souci NSW 2219. The $250 room hire fee will be covered by the BEARS Club, plus we will put up a $1000 bar tab– meaning no cover charge.

This year, you are invited to order your meals from the bistro. All meals at own expense.

Our Chief Event Organizer has advised that the event will be held in the Gallipoli room with nearby access to bar, toilets and smoking. There is a menu below to give you an idea of food available, members requiring particular meals are advised to contact the club separately. As usual, we want this to be family day.

This year just send an email to (secretary@ozbearsracing.com) or phone 0416576233 confirming your intention to attend by close of mail 5^th of January and let us know how many you are bringing with you.
